  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of PED staff and student employees, including supervision and project guidance.

  • Support and manage annual events, special projects, and division-wide programs, tracking progress and outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping systems (digital and hard copy) and manage PED website and calendar updates.

  • Represent the division in committees and college-wide initiatives as needed.

  • A college degree and at least 5 years of experience in an academic administrative or office setting

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with a wide range of college personnel and external partners

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and follow through independently

  • Strong budget and financial experience, including reporting, planning, and monitoring

  • High proficiency in Mac systems and tools for word processing, spreadsheets, database management, videoconferencing, and presentations

  • A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility
