Neural Concept is building the future of AI-powered engineering software. As Assistant to the CRO, you will provide high-level executive support while coordinating customer outreach, commercial activities, candidate onsite processes, and local operations in our Munich office.
You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, managing his priorities and coordinating his meetings and travel. You will also serve as the primary administrative point of contact for local events in Munich. You will play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience of our Munich office, helping create a welcoming, well-organized environment for the team.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone proactive, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in an international scale-up environment.
What You Will DoProvide day-to-day executive support to the CRO, managing priorities, schedules, communications, and follow-ups.
Act as the local administrative point of contact for internal and customer events within the region.
Support communication with stakeholders and helping ensure smooth execution before and during each meeting (briefing notes, follow-ups, and internal communications).
Organize international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and last-minute changes.
Be the soul of the Munich office, coordinating meeting rooms, office supplies etc.
Experience in a coordination role (such as an Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, etc.)
Experience coordinating executive schedules, customer or executive outreach, meetings and events.
Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent written and spoken English and German (mandatory).
Able to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities while working professionally with senior stakeholders and international teams.
This is an in-office position, 4 days per week.

Skills Required
- 3+ years experience as an Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel, events, invoices, expenses, and vendors
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Autonomous, dependable, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- Strong organisational and communication skills; able to prioritise and manage competing requests
- Experience supporting a senior leader in a technology or scale-up company
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, customers, and international teams
