Job Description
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate meetings (mainly virtual) across multiple time zones
- Arranging events including co-ordination of lunches, dinners / bigger team events
- Proactive organization and coordination of business trips, including booking and arranging travel, visas, transport and accommodation.
- Assisting with administrative duties, processing purchase orders, invoices and expense claims using company-specific systems (Concur Expense management, Coupa PO & Invoice Management, Vendor management)
- Collate and produce high-standard documents for a variety of forums including team and management meetings
- Working closely with HR to onboard new starters / create induction plans
- Participation in current department projects and other tasks as required
- Able to pick up new responsibilities from the team / ad-hoc requests
- Working closely with other EAs across the ELT / in the business and building rapport
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders
