We are now looking for
Assistant Controller
to Business Control in Global Spares Supply.
This position is a temporary one-year assignment and is located in Hyvinkää, Finland.
In this position, Assistant Controller collaborates with stakeholders in driving and monitoring the business performance by providing financial insight. She/he supports with ensuring KONE business activities are conducted in accordance with the KONE Financial Control Model (FCM), and that financial impacts are measured and reported following the KONE accounting standards and instructions.
Key responsibilities:

Credit control: performing credit management, collection, and dispute management; develop a collection strategy.

Support in month end closing activities and analyze monthly performance
-
Support in the planning and forecasting processes

Participate in business and finance-related projects
-
Other responsibilities assigned by the line manager to achieve business objectives.
We expect you to have:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
-
At least 1-2 years of professional experience
-
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems, reporting and consolidation applications, and BI reporting tools.

Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills
-
Fluency in English
-
Analytical, independent, and quick to learn.
