About the role:
- Drive critical responsibilities for monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s reporting, playing a pivotal role in shaping performance metrics.
- Collaborate with key functions, across the organization including, sales RevOps and participate in the sales booking process on a global scale.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and integrity data contributing to the company’s operational efficiency.
- Oversee creation of Sales Orders in the ERP system, actively contributing to the Revenue recognition process, gaining deep insight into financial operations.
- Assist with the day-to-day finance operations, handling dynamic tasks
- Manage the collaboration with auditors during the annual audit and tax filings in both Israel and the US.
- Lead and support special projects, giving you the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and grow within the company.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA license
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills
- Internship experience in a Big4 firm – a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite – an advantage
- Experience in a SaaS company, particularly in Finance or Sales Operations – an
- advantage
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Fast learner with exceptional analytical abilities
- Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage complex data
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficiency in a dynamic work environment
