Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Oversee audits, tax preparation, and external financial reporting
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in accounting (ideally Audit or Forensic Accounting at a Big 4 firm focusing on SaaS or Tech
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Proficiency with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Carta, Ramp)
- CPA certification in progress
Salary Range: 90k-120k
