Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Oversee audits, tax preparation, and external financial reporting
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Drive Continuous Accounting Improvement
- Help to Improve Internal Control Development and Implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred or in the process of obtaining one
- Proficiency with Netsuite and other financial software
- 2+ years of relevant experience in financial management, with a focus on Payroll
- Understanding of confidentiality and discretion in handling financial information.
- DCAA audit expertise
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary Range: 115k-140k
