  • Maintain documented accounting procedures and recommend improvements that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Develop, maintain and support monthly and annual budgeting, forecasting, cash reporting, and cash flow planning by preparing schedules and financial analysis.
  • Prepare audit schedules, tax preparation, and applicable reporting obligations.
  • Partner with Delivery, Client Development, HR, and other departments to resolve accounting questions and improve information flow.
  • Support accounting system enhancements, reporting improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Perform other duties consistent with the role as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and recurring deadlines.
  • A hands-on, collaborative approach and willingness to support both routine accounting activities and process improvements.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain accounting information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential financial and employee information.

Preferred Qualifications
