To join CLEAResult as an Assistant Controller who will serve as the lead role in cash management and drive initiatives related to order-to-cash to help support the Company’s growth. This individual will work closely with the Corporate Controller and Treasury Manager to forecast the cash needs of the Company and identify areas of improvement. This individual is responsible for the management and development of the Treasury team and other shared services teams. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for someone to join our team with an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on continuous process improvement and creating efficiencies. This position has responsibility for both U.S. and Canada.

Effectively lead an accounting organization of over 15

Oversee the operations of certain accounting teams, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives

Oversee cash management and order-to-cash process

Identify areas of improvement in the order-to-cash process

Drive process improvement initiatives associated with cash collections and net-working-capital improvements

Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments

Support regional operations team with reporting to monitor collections of accounts receivable

Perform primary review of journal entries and account reconciliations associated with debt, accounts payable and accounts receivable for the monthly close process

Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments

Establish and maintain appropriate internal control procedures

Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations

Assist in due diligence efforts for potential transactions and lead integration efforts for certain work streams

Assist with the annual audit and interact with auditors throughout the year

10+ years of accounting experience

5+ years of managerial experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Certified public accountant

Public accounting experience preferred

Strong knowledge of GAAP

Advanced excel and modeling skills

Motivated self-starter who is detailed, results- and process-oriented

Strong communicator that is comfortable participating in a cross functional, cross regional and collaborative team and effectively able to work with all levels of personnel

Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high performance standards

A superior problem solver with analytical skills and ability to work in a highly visible, deadline-oriented position and environment
Target Compensation:
$145,000 - $170,000 / year
Compensation Range
$131,900.00 - $197,800.00
