Assistant ‐ Compliance - Operations
(Based at Shadeline, Mahiyanganaya)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in identifying changes to legal requirements, meeting the requirements of such changes, evaluating compliances
- Implement and sustain Management Systems and standards related to labor compliance within the SBU
- Lead the disciplinary process and provide guidance to ensure the process is adhered to within the SBU and Provide technical consultancy and play an advisory role to departments in the SBU regarding the disciplinary process and matters that arise
- Take initiative in effective implementation of Culture of Safety strategy of the facility aligning with its overall
- Ensuring that health & safety impacts are evaluated, and control measures are adequately implemented in business changes by carrying out frequent discussions and reviews on health & safety performance
- Ensure all health & safety related documentation is maintained up-to-date, and data is reported accurately in a timely manner.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Engineering/ Facilities Management or other relevant qualification
- Certificate/ Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH/ NEBOSH or other relevant qualification)
- 1- 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
- Presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in English
Skills Required
