The Role:

This is a newly created role to support Invesco's Compliance Team in providing compliance support and advice to the business on regulatory rules and principles on other compliance-related matters of Hong Kong office as well as other countries in the region as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with regulators and handling regulatory filings and individual / corporate licensing matters.

• Handling surveys and questionnaires issued by Securities and Futures Commission.

• Undertaking regular compliance monitoring and compliance reporting to clients.

• Keeping compliance procedure manuals up-to-date to reflect applicable local regulations requirements and group policies.

• Providing support on other compliance related matters of Hong Kong or Singapore office as assigned.

The Experience You Bring:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law or related disciplines.

• A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably gained through practical experience in asset management companies, regulatory authorities and/or audit firms.

• Good understanding of the applicable SFC / MPFA regulatory requirements surrounding asset management companies.

• General product knowledge in SFC authorized funds, MPF, UCITS and segregated mandates.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

• Detail oriented with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Mandarin.

• Ability and willingness to grow and adapt to the growing business needs of the company and willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
