Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in on-site property management and one year of Assistant Community Manager experience at an apartment community.
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Winter hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.
