Your Role as a Client Services Manager:
Your practical and compassionate nature is critical to effectively balance between leasing apartments, managing resident retention, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities for your community.
As a client services manager, you are required to assume greater responsibilities upon absorbing and applying knowledge of all aspects of property management. Maturity and good judgment is a necessity…you serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Property Manager.

Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- At least one-year practical experience as either a Leasing Consultant, or Assistant Community Manager.
- Onesite experience is a must.
- Knock experience.
- Eviction filings.
- 1–3 years in property management.
- Strong people skills (you’ll deal with residents daily).
- Conflict resolution (handling complaints, disputes).
- Rent collection & record keeping.
- Attention to detail.
- Lease preparation and renewals.
- Basic accounting (rent, deposits, late fees).
- Showing units.
- Closing leases.
- Marketing vacancies.
- Assist the property manager with daily operations.
- Attention to detail.
- Inspecting and completing final account statements within 72 hours upon move-out.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Ability to attend resident functions.
