The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Assistant Community Managers are responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties.

- Previous experience in property management

- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
