Primary Responsibilities:
· Process work orders
· Site inspections and violation letters
· Draft various correspondence to homeowners, board member and vendors.
· Meeting minutes and follow up action items
· Assist with monthly financial review and payables
· Review and confirm contract requirements are met
· Additional ad hoc duties as needed.
· Answer phone and respond to unit owner inquiries
· Respond to email and walk/drop ins
· Monday – Friday (40 hours)

· Evening and weekend availability (for emergency calls once properly trained)
· 1-3 years of property management experience, or similar industry
