Commercial Assistant

We are looking for a Commercial Assistant as our company continues to grow in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) . The position is based in Madrid, Spain. Mobile Work is possible on a part-time basis. The position reports to the Commercial Manager for EMEA.
What will be your contributions:
- Gathering information for market research and participation in the creation of business plans based on commercial opportunities.
- Preparation of commercial offers and development of tenders.
- Tracking of projects and metrics to achieve commercial objectives.
- Support in the coordination of certain projects, especially in the start-up phases and directly related with commercial needs.
- Documentation, organization of meetings and project follow-up.
- Database development.
What will be decisive:
- Completed training as a technical engineer or higher
- Minimum 2 years of Commercial / Business Development / Project Management / Operations experience in the wind energy industry, including supervising or managing blade repair projects.
- Fluent in English (high level spoken and written) is an essential requirement, French and /or German is desired
- Advanced Excel skills is a must as well as proficiency in Microsoft Project is a plus
- Strong autonomy to perform tasks; management, analytical and problem-solving skills is an essential requirement
- ability to make proposals for improvement is an essential requirement
- highly motivated and goal oriented is an essential requirement
- Experience in the blade maintenance or blade manufacturing industry, in any of its areas is a plus
- Availability to travel
- Own vehicle
