Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
CRM Support
• Use the firm’s CRM system to create event mailing lists, update contacts as needed and maintain event RSVPs and reports.
E-Mailer Support
• Create email invitations, related RSVP forms and follow up e-mailers.
• Respond to general events inquiries regarding Vuture and CRM.
• Respond to general events inquiries regarding Vuture (current system for events-related e-mailers).
• Support the D&I, GWI and Pro Bono groups with the compilation of the event invitations and support as appropriate.
Virtual Programs
• Assist with coordinating, scheduling and running webinars and virtual programs.
Additional Support
• Arrange for production of event materials, such as name badges, signage and promotional items.
• Use the Firm’s Content Management System to post events to the website.
• Provide onsite events support, coordinating related logistics.
• Update events section of internal firmwide internal newsletter.
• Support and maintain an inventory of branded swag, events materials, etc. and maintain good order of the New York events closet.
• Performs all and any other duties as necessary and as assigned by your supervisor for efficient functioning of the Department, Office and Firm.
QUALIFICATIONS / KSAs:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Interest in technological platforms and learning new skills and platforms.
• Preference of CRM Platform experience.
• Commitment to excellent internal and external client service.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Firm’s policies and procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills with a polite, professional, and positive manner.
• Good grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a collaborative organization.
• Ability to travel and work overtime as needed.
Additional Job Description
At the time of this posting, the salary range for this position in New York is $50,000 to $55,500 annually. Actual compensation is commensurate with job related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the position.
