Must be proficient in reading electrical and mechanical prints and equipment manuals. Must be proficient in the diagnosis of equipment and operational problems and corrections as need be.Chief A Stationary Engineer License, and Universal Refrigerant License. Maintenance Electrician License preferred. A driver's license is required.
