JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • E2E supplier management, yearly contract negotiations, track budgets vs spend and secure quarterly budget approvals

  • Own execution data reporting and fully manage business datasets (OSA/SOS/SOF/Trade stock/EPOS/DSR/RTM/SFI)

  • Lead execution review meeting with cluster heads & drive execution excellence discipline through 6Ps.

  • Own country SFI strategy from plan to pay

  • Lead in the assortment & planogram workshops with effective cascade to the concerned stakeholders

  • E2E visibility tracking including BDA counter parts and provide necessary feedback & action to stake holders

  • Lead in digitization projects internally & with 3P Merchandising teams

  • Lead quarterly bushfire in designated country

  • Maintain country channel hierarchy and mappings + CPLs

  • Plan, recruit and roll out relevant Field Force projects according to business need

  • Lead & consolidate presentations in multiple forums such as JV board meeting, C10 forums, Key market visits etc...

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.

  • 5+ Years is Sales Experience, Business Development or Trade Marketing within FMCG.

  • High degree of business acumen

  • Excellence in Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query & other technical skills in data management

  • Leadership with high purpose/ownership

  • Hight agility, commitment, resilience and great discipline

  • Great interpersonal and influencing skills.

  • General understanding about project management
