The Assistant Camp Leader supports the Camp Leader in organizing and overseeing camp operations, ensuring safety and smooth daily flow while engaging actively with camp activities and children.

Tasks
Your Responsibilities
* Supporting the Camp Leader in organisational and administrative tasks
* Preparing daily programs and materials (printing schedules, activity sheets, class lists, room lists, etc.)
* Assisting with lesson coordination during teaching hours
* Helping ensure a structured and smooth daily flow
* Serving as a contact person for Counsellors
* Acting as second escalation level in child-related conflicts
* Supporting parent communication when required
* Stepping in operationally when the Camp Leader is temporarily unavailable
* Participating fully in activities and supervision as a Counsellor
