Qualifications
  • Live a demonstrated commitment to Christian Science
  • At least 18 years old, high school graduate or equivalent at time of employment
  • Willingness to uphold high moral and ethical standards
  • Leadership experience in a role working closely with others
  • Enthusiasm for working with young people with love, patience, and consistency
  • Ability to flexibly support in a variety of areas as needs arise
  • Ability to participate in outdoor adventure and recreational activities
  • Ability and willingness to live in a cabin with other staff when needed
