Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of breakthrough brand strategies for our portfolio of prestigious international spirit brands. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving brand growth, elevating brand prestige, and connecting with consumers through impactful 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
- Brand Strategy & Growth: Assist in developing and implementing annual brand plans to drive volume and market share within key categories.
- 360-Degree Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key seasonal moments (e.g., gifting & festive periods), from concept development to performance analysis.
- Prestige & Brand Building: Support the creation of exclusive brand experiences and partnerships with luxury hospitality, culinary, and lifestyle partners to engage high-net-worth consumers.
- Brand Rejuvenation & Advocacy: Develop and scale innovative consumer initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence in key social channels and embed it within relevant cultural conversations.
- New Product Launches: Play a key role in the launch and establishment of new products, including securing strategic listings in top-tier venues and executing targeted consumer activations.
- Commercial & Trade Enablement: Act as the marketing liaison for Sales and Trade Marketing teams, providing them with compelling brand toolkits, training, and argumentation to drive advocacy and achieve sales targets.
- Budget & Agency Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and work closely with external agencies (creative, media, PR) to ensure high-quality deliverables on time and on budget.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and market trends to derive actionable insights and optimize future marketing investments.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications
- Formal marketing training desirable
- Minimum 3 years working experience in marketing preferably with experience in managing Alcoholic Beverage Brands or FMCG Brands
- Energetic, outgoing and proactive individual with good organizational and time management skills
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- High competency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in wines & spirits industry is a plus but not a must
