JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a driven, proactive, creative, and organized Assistant Brand Manager who will be responsible for leading the activation of our brand strategy across consumer-facing channels. Using breakthrough thinking, consumer, brand and customer understanding to create a clear and ambitious growth vision and strategy for the assigned portfolio, you will be part of the global marketing team working across a range of varied and exciting brand projects, from our big bang national advertising campaigns, through to building a standout brand experience across direct-to-consumer channels.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

As the Assistant Brand Manager you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for brand portfolio and driving competitive growth & profitability targets.

• Co-creating the strategy and 8-quarter plans by focusing on market trends and business objectives.

• Collaborating with agency partners and the global team to ensure our brands remain desirable through outstanding brand communication and activations.

• Managing the marketing budget to ensure consistent, relevant brand saliency.

• Creating and maintaining marketing calendars for launches, advertising, activations, and promotions across brands and accounts.

• Working with media, digital marketing, and e-commerce teams to plan, execute, and optimize media plans.

• Partnering with the CMI team to continuously enhance consumer insights and leverage data to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Collaborating with the TCM and sales teams to develop shopper-centric, differentiated retailer marketing plans across the full shopper journey.

• Co-leading the P&L

• Supporting other category-wide initiatives within the respective business unit.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications:

• University degree in a related field.

• 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience, must in FMCG.

• Experience in campaign crafting & portfolio design

• Fluency in Turkish and English Skills

• Strong marketing skills in brand building and performance analysis.

• Rigor and adaptability to thrive in a complex environment with numerous opportunities.

• A personal drive to succeed, guided by a strong inner game.

• Deep consumer obsession, with a keen understanding of current needs and curiosity about future trends.

• A high-growth mindset with a strong passion for consumers, shoppers, and customers.
