We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth of kit:, one of MECCA’s private label brands within our MECCA-Maginations team. This role plays a key part in supporting brand strategy, campaign execution and new product launches, while helping drive performance across all channels with a strong focus on DTC, digital and how kit: shows up in MECCA stores.
The Role You Could Play
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring brand stories to life, uncover customer insights and ensure kit: shows up consistently, creatively and impactfully at every touchpoint.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting brand strategy through customer, product and category insights
Assisting with end-to-end campaign and new product launch execution
Partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless go-to-market activity
Supporting digital and e-commerce performance across MECCA and kit: DTC channels
Contributing to reporting, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Opportunity to own select brand initiatives and seasonal moments end-to-end (e.g. sampling programs & cultural moments)
What You Will Bring
Experience in brand marketing, marketing or digital/e-commerce
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication skills
Passion for beauty, skincare or wellness and the retail landscape
