We are hiring motivated, team-oriented individuals for an entry-level marketing and leadership development role supporting national nonprofit organizations.
This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in athletics, military service, student leadership, or team-based environments who are seeking professional growth, mentorship, and advancement based on performance.
ResponsibilitiesRepresent national nonprofit organizations at in-person marketing and outreach events
Engage with the public to educate and raise support for nonprofit campaigns
Collaborate with a team to meet daily and weekly performance goals
Track individual results and participate in ongoing skill development
Support and train new team members as leadership responsibilities increase
Participate in community outreach initiatives and local events
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-based, in-person environment
Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Leadership experience (athletics, military, student organizations, or clubs) preferred but not required
Comfortable receiving feedback and working toward measurable goals
Structured on-the-job training provided
Ongoing coaching in leadership, communication, and team development
Performance-based advancement opportunities into supervisory and management roles

Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in.
