Main Responsibilities 

  • As Assistant Brand Manager of Closeup, you responsible to help driving the big agenda of Closeup to be the most Gen Z toothpaste in the market by leading multiple agencies, understand the business dynamics, driving innovations and activations to be competitive in the market. 

  • Drive brand performance through consistent demand generation activities includes social first campaign and massive awareness activities  

  • Delivering OTIF of innovation launch (includes product, launch campaign & Visibilities) 

  • Stakeholder management and collaborate with cross function includes External agencies and internal stakeholder 

  • Monitoring brand budget 

 

Candidate Criteria 

Experience & Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field  

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing.  

  • Strong curiosity to understand of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis.  

  • Strong confident to managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.  

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.  

 

Skill 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy effectively.  

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed business decisions.  

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and driving change.  

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including but not limited to, CRM systems, market research tools, and project management software.

Additional Information 

Work location: Office-based role
