Job Description- Operate and schedule the batching process according to SOPs, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor, maintain, and clean batching machinery and area for smooth operations, collaborating with the engineering team for routine maintenance.
- Ensure correct flour loading into tankers and storage bins for proper production.
- Accurately record and monitor production data.
- Comply with all safety procedures, food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC, Halal), and ISO 22000 guidelines.
- Supervise staff and ensure tasks are performed according to SOPs for efficient operations.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Good Teamwork and attitude.
