El/ La assistant bar manager será responsable de la operación diaria del bar, del gestionamiento del personal, asegurándose el cumplimiento de los estándares, así como también la eficiencia del bar.
- Supervisar, entrenar y motivar al personal del bar (bartenders, camareros, supervisores)
- Garantizará el cumplimiento de los estándares Four Seasons. Asi como también, asegurar que los clientes reciban un servicio excepcional, gestionando cualquier queja o solicitud de manera eficaz.
- Monitoreará constantemente el desempeño del personal.
- Elaborará los horarios del departamento, asegurándose de que haya el personal necesario en base al nivel de ocupación y al volumen del negocio.
- Colaborar en la creación y promoción de eventos especiales en el bar (noches temáticas, promociones de bebidas, catas de cócteles, etc.)
- Trabajar de cerca con el departamento de marketing para garantizar la visibilidad de las actividades del bar.
