Associate/Assistant Vice President of Online Strategy & Enrollment

The AVP will have broad influence across marketing and enrollment, partnering closely across enrollment and academics to align program development with workforce demand. What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution to significantly grow online undergraduate enrollment, with clear ownership of outcomes
- Design and optimize the adult learner journey, refining strategies from first inquiry through enrollment, with a focus on removing barriers and improving conversion
- Drive integrated marketing and enrollment efforts, aligning digital strategy, communications, and admissions to generate and convert high-quality leads
- Build and leverage external partnerships to expand reach and create new enrollment pipelines with community colleges, industry leaders, school districts, and service providers.
- Collaborate with enrollment and academic leadership to inform program expansion in high-demand fields and ensure alignment with market needs
- Work across departments to align systems, processes, and messaging in support of a seamless student experience
- Champion the needs of adult learners, ensuring programs and services reflect their goals, schedules, and realities
- At least seven years of demonstrated success growing enrollment for online programs and/or adult learners
- Strategic mindset paired with demonstrated execution and results
- Experience leading integrated marketing and enrollment efforts, including digital lead generation and conversion strategies
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and influence
- Experience building or leveraging partnerships to drive enrollment growth
- Skill using data to inform decisions and adjust strategy in real time
- A collaborative leadership style that brings people together around shared goals
- Enthusiasm for working in a mission-driven environment that blends access, outcomes, and student success
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
