Job SummaryWe are seeking an Assistant Administrator who is not yet licensed but is actively pursuing their long-term care administrator license and is eager to grow into a leadership role within our facility. The Assistant Administrator will support the daily operations at Careview Health and Rehab of Minocqua. This leadership role works closely with the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. The Assistant Administrator helps oversee departmental functions, assists with staff development and performance management, monitors quality initiatives, and supports census, customer service, and financial objectives. The ideal candidate is a motivated healthcare professional with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional long-term care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Promote quality care and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department leaders to achieve operational goals.
- Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and performance management.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain a safe, efficient, and resident-centered environment.
- Serve as Administrator designee when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Working towards a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license
- Long-term care or healthcare leadership experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and healthcare operations.
