Assistant Accounting Manager

＜主要業務＞

• 以下を例とする会計および税務関連の業務遂行

• 米国会計基準（US GAAP）に準拠した財務報告（月次、四半期、年次）の作成。
• 日次、週次、月次の売上および資金報告、月次の各種財務パッケージなど、タイムリーかつ精度の高い財務報告の作成。
• アウトソース業者のManagementを含むAR / AP、経費精算およびその他の取引会計業務の処理。
• Intercompanyの取引対応。

• 税務申告資料の作成。

• 会計およびプロセスに関するガイダンスとサポートの提供。
• 内部および外部監査への対応。
• その他上級管理職が必要とするアドホックな要件への対応。

<必要条件＞

• AR/APの経験
• USGAAPおよびJapan GAAPの知識、10年以上の経験。
• ERP会計システム（Oracle/SAP）の知識と経験
• 成果を追求し、タイトなスケジュール下でも自立して業務を遂行する能力
• 現状にチャレンジし、継続的改善に取り組む能力
• 日本語ネイティブスピーカー
• 英語による読み書き（中級程度）

<資格及び経験＞

• Hyperion Financial Management（HFM）の経験があれば尚可。
• 日商簿記２級相当資格必須　会計資格（USCPA、日商簿記 1 級）があれば尚可。
