Your Responsibilities in Detail
- Oversee operations in Center of Excellence (COE) team of Finance based in Philippines, ensure performance KPI for accounting transactional support at group level
- Co-operate with teams in China, Hong Kong, Europe and US for month-end closing, accounting transactions, daily accounting operation, reconciliation on accounting ledgers, and financial analytical reports
- Oversee COE team of bookkeeping responsibilities includes recording, categorizing transactions and reconciliations for entities across SellerX Group.
- Ensure compliance with group policy and IFRS accounting standard
- Support in finance operational projects and SOP implementation
- Assist in the assigned ad hoc projects
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
- Degree holder in Accountancy or related Business discipline equivalent
- Professional qualification in accountancy is a big advantage
- Good understanding of accounting concepts with 7 years or above relevant experience
- People management experience is preferred
- Proficiency in various financial ERP systems (NetSuite) and strong skills in Excel
- Excellence professional communication skills in English fluency
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work proactively, independently, and efficiently
