Assistant Accountant

What You Will Deliver

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice entry, vendor statement reconciliation, and accurate allocation of customer payments.

• Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity.

• Execute key month-end procedures, including the preparation and processing of standard journal entries and maintaining required schedules.

• Review and process employee expense claims, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and approval workflows.

• Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc financial projects and provide support as directed.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.

• A minimum of 4 years of solid accounting experience is required for the Accountant role; candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Accountant position.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and Pivot Tables.

• A self-starter who is highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and dedicated to meeting strict deadlines.
