PRIORITY Quality Consultants is seeking an Assistant Accountant. The role will support the financial operations within a dynamic team, and is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to enhance their accounting skills in a thriving consulting environment.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Manage daily invoicing and billing operations.
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable, bank transactions, and other accounting entries.
  • Maintain a well-organized digital filing system for corporate documents and supporting documentation.
  • Process invoices and handle accounts payable activities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and manage collections.
  • Perform general administrative duties in support of the Finance Department.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Greek GAAP.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and pursue continuous professional development.
  • Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants).

The following will be highly appreciated

  • Experience with EnterSoft ERP.
  • Experience with Mydata.

Skills Required
