Duties: Build data models, dashboards, and reports from sales data to analyze performance metrics and provide insights into sales trends through data visualization and statistical tools such as linear regression. Incorporate knowledge of predictive analytics and data management to prepare and generate reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Work with engineers, account managers, and Business Development ("BD") directors to improve the existing accounts quotation management system by storing quotation data into Structured Query Language ("SQL") databases. Manage and visualize quotation data into time charts with Python scripts. Use knowledge from blended data business analytics to assist in efficient decision-making in department resource distribution. Build North American market share database using data mining tools such as Python Panda data frame merging technique to maintain an efficient data management system. Clean and process data using tools such as pivot tables and visualize market share data into interactive pie charts using Python programs and scripts. Drive business decisions in sales, quotation, and resource management with decision analytics, incorporating knowledge from data science and machine learning with tools ranging from logistical regression and decision trees to Support Vector Machine ("SVM") models and neural networks. Work in the cost engineering team to understand function of the C.E. team. Spend time in FGA and FANA manufacturing facilities to learn about glass processing technologies. Work in the program management team in FANA to gain proficiency in launch process.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, analytics or data science or related field.
