Title: Assistant Account Executive

The Work
Support local production for global and local campaigns across social, digital, film, print, and OOH.
Collaborate with local and global teams to localize global campaigns across four international markets.
Manage communication and align requests across Creative, Business Affairs, Strategy, Media, and Production teams to maintain project momentum.
Support the Account Executive in managing requests and approvals in close collaboration with the client.
Work with our in-house media agency (OMD) on timelines, asset requirements, delivery, and permalink approvals.
Prepare project updates for our international offices, review and consolidate feedback, and take necessary actions.
Organize, maintain, update, and track all project documents.
Handle vendor bid processes.
Ship deliverables (media, archive, and client).
Write and distribute detailed meeting notes promptly.
Manage project meeting invites.
Conduct thorough quality checks on all materials.
Prepare materials for client presentations and internal meetings.
Draft and send client hot sheets and status updates.
Requirements:
Has strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
Demonstrates keen attention to detail, outstanding organization skills, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Can successfully track multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with precision and follow-through.
Is flexible, curious, and eager to learn everything about working in Account at MAL.
Thrives under pressure and is comfortable meeting tight deadlines.
Is creative and a proactive problem solver.
Is cooperative, respectful, and a true team player—someone who remains positive even during the busiest times.
