Job Summary:
The role involves providing administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The incumbent will handle documentation, reporting, data management, and coordination activities while supporting general administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for day-to-day academic administration activities of the University.
Coordinates with Schools/Departments, faculty members, students, and other stakeholders on academic-related matters.
Maintains and updates academic records, registers, databases, files, and documentation.
Assists in coordinating meetings of academic committees and prepares agendas, minutes, and related documentation as required.
Ensures proper filing, documentation, and retrieval of academic records in accordance with established procedures.
Assists in implementation of academic policies, procedures, regulations, and decisions of competent authorities.
Assist in coordinating guest sessions, workshops, and other academic activities.
Ensures timely follow-up on pending academic matters and maintains appropriate tracking records.
Performs any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the reporting authority.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the University from time to time.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Professional Certifications
MS Office certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Skills and Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Good documentation and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and internal stakeholders.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
