Responsabilidades:
- Realizar a regulação das ordens de serviço da Ticket log, garantindo que os serviços realizados estejam de acordo com a política do cliente;
- Realizar cotações de preços de peças e mão de obra com os prestadores credenciados na rede Ticket Log;
- Auxiliar no lançamento de autorizações de manutenções no sistema Ticket Log;
- Buscar e propor alternativas para redução de custo;
- Planejar e controlar a execução das manutenções na frota de veículos dos clientes;
- Acompanhar andamento dos serviços junto aos prestadores via sistema;
- Acompanhar os indicadores de gestão de frota dos clientes e propor ações para melhoria dos processos;
Você é responsável por:
Por realizar análise técnica e regulação de valores de orçamentos de manutenção automotiva (administrativo) de acordo com a política do cliente;
Planejar e controlar a execução das manutenções na frota de veículos dos clientes;
Realizar cotações e negociações junto a prestadores;
Buscar alternativas para redução de custo;
Acompanhar os serviços na oficina local e junto aos prestadores;
Acompanhar o indicador de disponibilidade do cliente e propor ações para melhorar os processos;
Realizar a interface cliente x Ticket Log, de modo a garantir redução de custo e disponibilidade ao cliente.
