Principais responsabilidades:
Atendimento aos clientes participantes do painel de colaboradores via telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail ou pessoal e, se necessário, realizar contato com os domicílios com foco na resolução;
Acompanhamento das ocorrências registradas em sistema através do atendimento: início, meio e fim, se necessário atuar junto as localidades para resolução do chamado;
Controle de estoque entrada e saída: recebimento de material gráfico, armazenamento do material e manuseio para disponibilizar a quantidade necessária as localidades de apoio, totalizando 15 cidades;
Contatar os domicílios para realizar estudos para pesquisa de Audiência 6.060 domicílios; em horários alternados manhã, tarde e noite.
Elaborar instruções de trabalho.
Requisitos:
Experiência em atendimento ao cliente;
Boa escrita ;
Flexibilidade de horário;
Experiência em rotinas administrativas;
Empatia e facilidade em resolução de problemas;
Senso de urgência e habilidade para mudança de prioridade;
Bom Relacionamento interpessoal.
Conhecimentos específicos:
Formação: Segundo Grau Completo;
Conhecimentos Técnicos: Pacote office intermediário – Excel, Powerpoint e Word.
Será um diferencial:
Cursando o ensino superior
Conhecimento em Power BI/ OneDrive e PowerApps.
