Job Summary
As an Asset Servicing Analyst within the Asset Servicing team, you will oversee all corporate and income-related events across asset classes. You will ensure accurate processing, reconciliation, and resolution of client transactions. You will collaborate with internal partners to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile positions, payments, and process transactions to client accounts
- Perform routine and non-routine asset servicing tasks with advanced expertise
- Diagnose problems and provide operational or technical resolutions
- Manage customer accounts, payments, income, and tax processing
- Resolve queries across multiple corporate and income-related events
- Understand and apply asset servicing lifecycle knowledge
- Serve as point of contact for Middle Office and Client Service
- Review peer work and suggest process improvements
- Adapt to extended hours and shifting business requirements
- Work effectively under pressure and in different shifts
- Ensure entitlement completion, payment processing, and claims management
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Demonstrate prior asset servicing, securities lending, or prime brokerage experience
- Collaborate closely with business partners and all staff levels
- Organize and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
- Execute tasks within multi-stream program environments
- Apply strategic thinking and practical execution
- Analyze and solve problems, driving change and enhancing controls
- Manage effectively through a changing business landscape
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a business discipline
- Exhibit 2 years of experience in financial services, custody asset servicing, or fund services
- Utilize extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (VLOOKUP), and Outlook
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Adapt quickly to new processes and technologies
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Support team development and knowledge sharing
