Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Associate within the Markets Asset Servicing Operations Income division, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving success across a diverse range of products, including Prime Services, Equities, and Fixed Income. Embrace the opportunity to be at the forefront of asset servicing, ensuring seamless collection and payment of income events with our esteemed clients, counterparties, and Depo Recon across the vibrant EMEA and WHEM Markets.
As an Associate within the Markets Asset Servicing Operations Income team, you will provide centralized asset servicing support across multiple products such as Prime Services, Equities, and Fixed Income. Your role will involve supporting the collection and payment of income events with clients, counterparties, and Depo Recon across various regions and markets, including EMEA and WHEM Markets. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trading desks, sales, finance, and other operations teams, to proactively manage exceptions and resolve risk items. In partnership with Technology partners, clients, custodians, agents, and 3rd party service providers, you will manage daily Depot reconciliation issues. Your responsibility will also include executing goals and objectives set up to deliver core business deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, leveraging both business insights and data science methodologies.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy ML models that address operational challenges.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform product decisions, ensuring solutions are data-driven and impactful.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML models, iterating based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch analysis and continuous improvement.
- Understand operationally E2E product, systems / applications and process flows for deeper understanding on how feeds flow
- Will be central point of contact to drive development and implementations of ML across the MAS team
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, tools, and technologies, with hands-on experience in data science projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Python and low code tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
