The Multi-Asset Solutions Team provides asset allocation solutions for the investment management needs of corporate and public retirement plans, endowments and foundations, and retail investors. The team blends its capital markets, strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio construction and active risk budgeting capabilities with one of the broadest product offerings in the industry.
Job summary:
The Solutions Program Analyst on the Multi Asset Management team is critical to the support of our business. You will be a critical component of the dynamic and fast-paced client-facing team that supports Asset Management's $400bn business. You will work to support the Investment Specialists in their day-to-day responsibilities including sales, client service, portfolio management, and product management.
Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as a product specialist on multi-asset class investment products
  • Work closely with portfolio managers to understand market outlook, investment process, portfolio positioning, and performance drivers; develop messaging that allows the team to convey complex topics in a manner that is relatable and will resonate with clients of varying sophistication levels
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including client advisors/sales channels, portfolio managers, research, and the business platform to deliver on our business and product objectives
  • Develop, maintain, and update marketing collateral, including presentation decks and written requests for proposals to aid in business development efforts. Your input and initiative will be critical as you will be expected to consider a number of complex and evolving dynamics to craft creative solutions for varying client needs
  • Analyze performance results to draft asset class attribution, fulfill client reporting requirements, and author portfolio commentary for both internal and external use
  • Contribute to and manage strategic projects across the platform from cradle to grave (includes idea generation, content creation, project management, coordination across various stakeholders, managing client feedback, etc.)
  • Gain an understanding of the Asset Management industry, including the competitive landscape, legal and regulatory environment, trends, and unique challenges our clients may face and support external client presentations


Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Strong quantitative aptitude
  • Flexibility and teamwork across various different teams within and outside the product group is required
  • Strong work ethic and ability to deliver results in a timely and accurate manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multi-tas k
  • Strong in Excel & PowerPoint


Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities :

  • Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree
  • Past use of Python and other applicable programing languages a plus
  • CFA and/or CAIA designation preferred
  • Series 7, 63 and 3 certifications
