Job Description
JPMorgan Asset Management (\"JPMAM\") provides investment management products and services to institutional and individual investors worldwide. It offers the full spectrum of investment strategies - from equity, cash management, fixed income, currency and asset allocation to alternative asset classes such as private equity, real estate and hedge funds.
As an Analyst/Associate in the Fund Service Support Master Agent team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day security investment operations, ensuring all the Master Agent activities compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering business services with high standards of efficiency, adequacy, and accuracy. You will be part of the team that also involve participating in various projects and manage vendor relationships, handle operational initiatives aimed at process enhancement and automation.
Job Responsibilities

  • Perform day to day security investment operations, regulation requirements and business services with meeting the standards of efficiency, adequacy and accuracy
  • Participate in projects supporting new business initiatives, regulatory requirements, efficiency improvements, development as assigned
  • Conduct system requirement discussion, UAT script preparation, UAT execution and occasionally BI report preparation
  • Take responsibility for financial reports, payment preparations & approvals, audit sample checks
  • Work with Vendor Management and service provider for particular business instructions or issue managing
  • Be involved in Dept. admins, access applications, record retention management
  • Ensure the daily communication with internal and external stakeholders of all the issues are well clarified, solved, recorded and reported
  • Handle all types of operational initiatives of process enhancement, optimization, and automation


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in banking or operation fields
  • Operational project process planning and execution experience with fine logic of IT, automation and system
  • Good command and detail oriented of cross functional communication and coordination skills
  • Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to accept challenges, changes and also ability to meet tight timelines, hands on to new assignments and work under a fast paced environment with a high level integrity manner
  • Sophisticate application skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and Qlik Sense
  • Local license - Financial Market Knowledge and Professional Ethics (金融市場常識與職業道德) required, Senior Securities Specialist (證券商高級業務員) or Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals (投信投顧業務員) required
  • Must be a team player


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Awareness in Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)/ Common Reporting Standard (CRS)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Suitability documentation requirements or financial risk experience for individual and entity is preferred
  • Sense of accountability and ownership
  • Experience using Alteryx, UiPath, Python is a plus
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Knowledge of offshore fund Master Agent related operations and regulatory report is preferred
