As an Asset Management, Funds Sales Support in the JPMorgan Asset Management Funds Sales Support team, you will be a crucial part of our team in Milan. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team and partner with the centralized functions to ensure accurate and on time execution of client requests and business priorities and projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your career and acquire knowledge of the asset management business and financial industry at one of the leading financial services institutions.
Job Responsibilities

  • Analyse Funds Sales and business performance (including sales, revenues and market data analysis
  • Prepaare periodic and ad hoc business performance presentations/reviews - MIS, Net Sales analysis on product and clients/sales allocation monitoring;
  • Oversee business risks and perform effective controls across on the business activity to ensure it is in compliance with corporate-wide objectives and policies;
  • Co-ordinate and monitor Client Advisor Presentation workflow (data update, translation and compliance sign off);
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of Client Reporting (Solvency II, PRIIPS, MiFid II, etc.) /ad hoc requests with internal and external stakeholders (Insurance, Institutional Clients s & Asset Managers, Advisory Desks) and related business projects;
  • Develop strong Client relationships to offer business solutions and comprehensive support to internal and external stakeholders.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced knowledge of the Italian retail Investors market and its dynamics
  • Advanced understanding of Luxembourg fund ranges and Italian Fund industry
  • Graduate degree in Economics/Finance
  • Experience in the similar role
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
  • Language: Italian (mother tongue), English (fluent in writing and speaking).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong control & oversight attitude
  • Capacity to operate in a team setting, cultivating effective relationships with both with internal partners and clients
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong technical and analytic skills. Understanding of investment processes, risks, market and macro-economic framework
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with skills at project management and flexibility at applying innovative ideas to meet clients' needs
  • Graduate degree in Economics/Finance
  • Pro-active attitude, ability to follow-up on issues and ensure timely response
