As a Product Manager within in the Asset Management Product and Experience at JP Morgan, you will apply product discipline to develop the strategy for a critical component of the platform and use your deep understanding of our people and industry to mobilize partners throughout delivery. Within AMPX, the Client Service Experience team drives the development of capabilities for the pre-onboarding, onboarding, and servicing phases of the client lifecycle. We are undertaking significant business process and client experience initiatives to meet our clients' needs and Asset Management's growth ambition.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize AML/KYC product features based on regulatory requirements and business needs
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the AML/KYC product line, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our global client base
- Set motivating objectives for the business and your team with well-designed OKRs that measure success by the business outcomes your product achieves
- Own the product backlog and prioritize features in collaboration with stakeholders
- Gather and analyze data to drive product decisions and improvements, ensuring high data quality and acquisition
- Lead the preparation and presentation of regulatory committee decks, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on product vision and status
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- High data literacy, with the ability to analyze and communicate insights effectively
- Proven track record as a hands-on product manager with experience in agile product practices
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulatory requirements and their application in product development
- Excellent documentation, analytical, communication, and reasoning skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate conflict
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Asset Management business experience and/or experience delivering solutions for a Client Service organization
- Experience with UX research or design
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes and requirements
