Job Responsibilities :
As an Associate in Fees and Billing Team you will be primarily responsible for:
- Ensure accurate and timely fees are charged to IPB clients.
- Perform fee set-ups, closures, calculations, and billing.
- Participate in discussions related to controls and responsible to implement multiple controls to ensure correct fees are charged to clients.
- Maintaining fee documents and procedures
- Producing MIS and trend analysis
- Coordinate changes for any client documentation.
- Address Front Office queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute during ideation to achieve capacity-related targets set for the year.
- Participate in testing efforts during projects and discussions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fees and billing, or a solid understanding of fees and billing mechanisms
- Proven experience in query and stakeholder management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft tools
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Consistently champions our \"How We Do Business\" culture, applying a preventative controls mindset to manage and mitigate risks
- Strong client focus and commitment to client satisfaction
- Proactive ownership of issues and deliverables, with a strong problem-solving approach
- Engages in practices that inform, empower, and enable team members to achieve their business goals effectively
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Leverages data and digital skills to create new insights and deliver well-designed outcomes.
- Applies innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our operating processes.
- Knowledge of IA, AI, and LLM tools with the ability to analyze tool fitment will be preferred.
