Key Responsibilities:
- Read, write, and communicate effectively to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
- Utilize both powered and non-powered hand tools for assembly tasks.
- Ensure accuracy by inspecting parts and components as needed.
- Assemble products efficiently to meet established cycle times.
- Perform minor repairs as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Stock production lines as required.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred.
- Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in operating small hand tools.
- Ability to work within established cycle times.
- Capable of lifting, bending, squatting, walking, reaching above and below the waist, and carrying materials.
- Requires good eye sight to ensure accuracy when inspecting parts and components as needed.
