Supervise assembly technicians in a low-volume, high-mix electrical and mechanical manufacturing environment. Manage staffing, training, production schedules, material flow, inventory, and ERP transactions while ensuring safety, quality, and delivery performance. Lead line balancing, changeover reduction, lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, defect reduction, continuous improvement, and new product introduction activities. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Planning teams.

Develop, debug, test, and maintain embedded firmware and software for automotive service machines. Conduct hands-on machine testing and troubleshooting, participate in code reviews and deployments, and ensure performance, reliability, and quality. Collaborate with hardware, electrical, and manufacturing teams across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and system design through coding, testing, debugging, and ongoing support.

Leads the design, programming, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of PLC, HMI, robotic, and industrial automation systems across a manufacturing facility. Designs control panels, safety circuits, I/O architecture, and industrial networks; manages automation projects, vendors, budgets, and documentation; ensures compliance with machine safety standards; and mentors maintenance technicians and junior engineers.

Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, driver-based financial models, variance analysis, scenario planning, ROI and capital business cases. Partner with operations, supply chain, accounting, and executives on cost, profitability, inventory, and working-capital decisions. Maintain management reporting, dashboards, and KPI packages while improving data flows between SAP, planning tools, and BI platforms. Present clear insights to senior leadership and support long-range planning and M&A analysis in an onsite manufacturing environment.

Develop and maintain embedded firmware for automotive service machines and own PCB design for control boards. Integrate sensors, motors, and drives, perform schematic capture and PCB layout in Altium, generate manufacturing documentation, support BOM/component selection, conduct board- and component-level testing, and collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams from concept through production and field support.

Designs and documents PCB schematics and assemblies, leads component investigations and obsolescence management, performs board- and component-level testing, supports DFMEA/PFMEA and control plans, and provides production support from development through post-production to ensure electrical reliability.
