Responsibilities:- New project automatic assembly process and machine development
- Existing production line automation upgrade
- New technology investigation and application feasibility study
- Automation TN summary and lesson learnt collect/sharing/training
- Assembly process development related works
- Bachelor in mechanical engineering or equal
- 10 years experience Min in assembly process development or machine development , or non-standard machine design or manufacture releated fields
- Preferred in the automotive industry with complex tooling and machinery
- Automation background and software programing experience
- Knowledge of assembly tool/fixture design and manufacture
- Experienced in production and workplace layout planning
- Understanding of process capability and capacity planning
- LEAN production knowledge/experience preferred
- Project management skill/experience preffered
- Fluent in English listening,speaking,reading and writing
