Assembly Leadership Opportunities

Multiple Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Full-Time

On-Site

Your greatest accomplishment shouldn't be what you produce.

It should be who you develop.

Build people. Build teams. Build your future.

At POLYWOOD, we believe great products start with great people. And great people thrive when they have leaders who coach, support, and challenge them to grow.

As our Roxboro operation continues to expand, we're looking for leaders who enjoy developing others, solving problems, and helping teams achieve more than they thought possible.

You may already be a Supervisor.

Or you may be a Team Lead, Trainer, Crew Leader, Lead Operator, or informal leader who's ready for the next step.

Either way, if you enjoy helping people succeed while driving results, we'd love to talk.

The Work You'll Love Doing

Leadership at POLYWOOD is about more than running a shift.

It's about building trust, developing talent, and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

You'll lead a manufacturing team focused on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while helping employees grow their skills and confidence.

You'll spend your time coaching, mentoring, solving problems, celebrating wins, and helping create a culture where accountability and support go hand in hand.

Where You Will Make an Impact

• Lead a manufacturing team toward safety, quality, and production goals

• Coach, mentor, and develop employees

• Build a positive, high-performing team culture

• Identify and develop future leaders

• Drive accountability while maintaining trust and respect

• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to improve performance

• Help create an environment where employees feel valued and supported

What You Bring

You have experience working in manufacturing and understand what it takes to help a team succeed.

You lead with integrity, communicate effectively, and genuinely enjoy helping others grow.

Previous supervisory experience is welcome, but not required.

We are especially interested in candidates who have served as Team Leads, Trainers, Crew Leaders, Lead Operators, Cell Leaders, or other informal leadership roles and are ready for greater responsibility.

Most importantly, you understand that leadership is earned every day through consistency, accountability, and service to your team.
