The Assembler role is responsible for assembling products according to established specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the achievement of overall production goals. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a structured environment, adhere to safety protocols, and perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assemble products and components accurately according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Perform quality control checks within the assigned work area to ensure product integrity. 
  • Operate safely and in compliance with all job safety guidelines and company policies. 
  • Complete and submit daily production logs accurately and on time. 
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily production quotas and performance targets. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor. 
Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred but not required). 
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. 
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 30 lbs. regularly. 
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Skills Required

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
